Menu: Cream Puff Sundaes
In this class you will learn how to make pate a choux paste to create fluffy cream puffs, along with homemade vanilla custard that will be cooled and churned into delicious ice cream. To top it all off, you will cook up gooey caramel sauce and whipped Chantilly cream to complete your cream puff sundae.

Meet your class instructor: Peach Betty (Chef Morgan)!
As a baking and pastry graduate from Schoolcraft College, Morgan has been a professional pastry chef for over 14 years. She has worked in a variety of restaurants and bake shops including becoming the Culinary Lead at Sur la table. This is where Morgan fell in love with teaching. Through her classes she’ll show you the tips and tricks to remove the fears you might have around baking. One of Morgan’s inspirations for her recipes is through her extensive collection of vintage cookbooks. She believes that in order to create new and inventive recipes you need to understand the basics first.
Class cancelation policy:
Classes may be canceled if signups are below the required number. In the case of canceled classes a full refund will be issued.
If you’re unable to attend and need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Class cancelations will be subject to a 5% processing fee if canceled more than 7 days before the class. Cancelations 7 days to 24 hours before the class will be subject to a 20% materials fee for ingredients that needed to be purchased for your seat. Cancelations and no-shows within 24 hours of the class will NOT be refunded.
Attendance policy:
All individuals enrolled in the class must be 18+ years of age. Minors over the age of 15 must be enrolled along with an adult. At this time, for mixed age classes, no minors under the age of 15 are allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
