Sourdough Baguette

The baguette is the perfect shape for those that love crust. Wonderful sliced length wise for a sandwich or into small rounds for crostini. It’s also conveniently shaped to just hold and dig right in.

We shape our baguettes as demi-loaves. A smaller loaf is nice every once in a while. And a shorter baguette still fits in our little cottage bakery oven!
