Special Bakes Every Week
We like to keep on our toes! So every day, other than our staple breads, we do something a little bit different! Check out our Instagram for that week’s picture of the special bakes board to see what’s new. Some of our special bakes are so popular that we do them on fixed days every week. Below you can find our current repeating special bakes schedule.

Sourdough Poolish Focaccia (with different toppings every week!)
Ciabatta Buns
Soft and airy. Ciabatta is an Italian bread that contains a large amount water and a bit of olive oil for additional flavor. Great toasted with a bit of butter, or dipped in olive oil; but personally I like ciabatta for a fantastic sandwich where the ingredients can really shine.
Country Olive
Our very popular country dough with olives mixed in. Green olives give the bread an extra buttery flavor, and an extra hit of salt never hurts.
Seeded Multigrain
Fresh milled whole wheat and a mix of cracked rye, flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and rolled oats gives this bread amazing character. A personal favorite with makes for amazing toast, preferably with goat cheese.
